Siege Towers are a Tier 3 Siege unit that can only be unlocked after getting a Lv.15 Academy and Guardians. Like all other Siege Units, they are specifically designed to take down an Empire's Defences. They have even more attack, defence and health then their Tier 2 predecessors. Siege Towers are much slower than Ballistas, but for what they lack in speed, they gain in survivability, more power and a larger load, allowing them to survive longer and gain more resourses on resourse tiles.
- Good Attack, Defence and Health.
- Strong Vs Defences (Wall Traps).
- Difficult to train as they require a level 15 academy.
- Take longer than Tier 2 troops to train, especially in large numbers.
- Weak Vs Infantry, Cavalry and Ranged..
- Low movement speed.
They do have a high load capacity (15) and can carry a lot of resource quantity, but move very slowly (1). Although they can carry a large quantity of resources, Siege Towers are particularly susceptible on resource tiles, so be mindful of tile hits.
